The 7th season of Broadway In Richmond at the Altria Theater has been announced:

 

–  Disney’s Newsies (11/3 – 8): Based on the Disney movie, winner of the 2012 Tony for Best Score and Best Choreography

 

–  Ragtime (11/27 – 28): This 13 time Tony Award nominated musical returns in all-new production

 

–  Motown The Musical (1/5 – 10 , 2016): The story of Berry Gordy and the careers he launched, including Diana Ross, Michael Jackson & Smokey Robinson

 

–  Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2/26 – 27): This is a reimagining of the popular show by Tony Award-winner Andy Blankenbuehler

 

–  Disney’s The Lion King (4/19 – 5/8): Winner of 6 Tonys and one of the most popular and inventive musicals of all time
