FOCUS ON ABILITY
SunTrust Bank has one of the nation’s most active programs to encourage the hiring of people with disabilities. They wanted to help their employees understand the program, while reinforcing its benefits.
Kevin Burger and I traveled from Atlanta to Orlando to Washington to interview employees and their managers. Before starting the edit, I worked with the Park Group’s Dave Swain to design a elegant look that echoed the new SunTrust logo. After a score from composer Bill Grishaw and open captioning, it was ready to roll out.
