BEDSIDE VIEWING
Helping patients understand what to expect was the goal of the education team at Southside Regional Medical Center. Helping turn that concept into an upbeat video was my responsibility.
I worked with Terry Tysinger and her team on shaping the script, which included role-plays and narration. Actors played 2 nurses, 2 patients and 2 doctors in one efficient day of shooting. We had a real nurse standing by to assure that every detail was accurate. The rest was created in my Avid, including graphics, music and Broll.
The finished product, “It’s OK to Ask,” will play in the hospital rooms for new patients and will be shown on their website.
