ONE HOT DAY
It was late September, but it felt like the worst heat and humidity of August when we shot this commercial. Swaders is a giant playground that spans indoor (laser tag, bowling, video games, etc) and outdoor (pitching cages, golf, go carts, etc) fun.
Hall & Partners hired me to produce the spot, which meant shooting the entire facility in one day, with time for only minimal additional lighting. We also had to recruit most of the talent from the customers, so that added to the challenge.
After cooling off, I created two very different spots: one that’s inspirational (yes, inspirational) and the other that’s upbeat and fun. They’re currently airing in southside TV markets.
