PINK RIBBONS WITH A LATINO FLAIR
Soraya is a popular Colombian singer/songwriter. She’s also a breast cancer survivor and the spokesperson for Proctor and Gamble’s “Awareness is Love” campaign (which focuses on breast cancer awareness to the Latino and African-American communities).
Local marketing/promotional agency PowerPact needed to recap their efforts on this project. Long-time client/creative director Greg Grantham came to me with copy ideas and a lot of photos, logos and video of Soraya.
We started with her music. Then gave the text and still images a variety of flares, blurs and other effects using the new Boris Continuum plug-in to my Avid.
The result is an informative and effective summary that’s packaged in a flashy music video.
