REPEAT TRAINING
Several years back, I worked with Charlie Reilly at VITA (the state video production agency) to produce a training video for grocery store cashiers. It was shown in all over the state to explain the state’s WIC program.
When they needed to update the information, the VDH called upon us again. We shot for 3 days (2 in grocery stores and one in VITA’s facility) using more than 15 actors to play moms and cashiers.
The final product is divided into 5 modules that walk the viewer through the entire process from greeting to handling complaints.
