WEATHER CATCHES UP
During my many years in production, I’ve never had a major cancellation due to weather. That all changed in February 07, when Texas got iced.
Dave Park and I were traveling for the annual State of the Company video for Performance Food Group. We shot in Manhattan and New Jersey before heading to Nashville. Our next stop was Austin, but their weather was so bad that we had to head home. Luckily for me, I got to spend one night in Music City!
We finally completed the shooting and our 5th annual video was full of rockin’ fun. One of PFG’s traditions is to finish the video with a song: Mel Cox pens the lyrics, Jody Boyd does the song and we shoot the employees singing and dancing. Leaves the audience upbeat and smiling!
